Otto Wilho Rissanen was the eldest son of the seer and birch bark craftsman Pekka Rissanen. He was born on 28 October 1888 and worked as a laborer in the village of Tuovilanlahti. Today, the objects and papers he left behind, such as this poetry book, can be seen at the Roopentori local museum. He can also be encountered at the Lusto Forest Museum.
